肺癌に対する世界の樹状細胞療法

肺癌に対する樹状細胞療法に関する論文は現在までに8報程度報告されている。樹状細胞にパルスする肺癌抗原としては、CEAやMAGE、HER2/neuなどのペプチドや腫瘍ライセートが使用されている。それ以外にαGalCer(α－ガラクトシルセラミド)を用いた癌抗原を利用しない樹状細胞療法などの報告もある。
臨床効果：
肺癌に対する樹状細胞療法の臨床効果であるが、Chang GCらの報告によると腫瘍ライセートを用いた樹状細胞療法を行った結果、従来の化学療法が無効で他の治療法無かった症例8例に対して、MinorR1例、SD2例を認めた5）。Fongらは、結腸癌、非小細胞性肺癌患者に対し、配列を改変したCEAペプチドを樹状細胞にパルスし治療を行った結果、12症例中、2CR、１MR、2SDが認められたことを報告している1)。また最近では、抗腫瘍活性をもつ海綿由来の糖質であるαGalCer（α－ガラクトシルセラミド）を使用し、樹状細胞－NKT細胞を介する細胞免疫療法の研究が行われている。Ishikawa Aらは標準治療無効の非小細胞性肺癌患者9症例に対し、αGalCer（α－ガラクトシルセラミド）を投与し、5例のSDを認めている4)。
