腎癌に対する世界の樹状細胞療法

腎癌に対する樹状細胞療法はこれまで多数報告されている。腫瘍抗原は腎癌に特異的なものは同定されておらず、主として腫瘍ライセートを用いた樹状細胞療法、また自己腫瘍と自己由来の樹状細胞あるいは非自己由来の樹状細胞を融合した樹状細胞療法を用いた臨床試験が行なわれている3), 7), 9)-12), 。

臨床効果：

腎癌に対する樹状細胞療法の臨床効果であるが、腫瘍ライセートを用いた樹状細胞療法で、Holtl Lらの報告によると腎両側および他臓器に転移を認める患者27症例に対して2CR、1PR、7SD（40%弱にclinical benefit）、Marten Aらは多臓器転移を伴う腎癌に対して15症例中1PR、7SD（50%強にclinical benefit）、Gitlitz BJらは12症例中、1PR、3SD（30%強のclinical benefit）といった報告が出ている。その他にも腫瘍ライセートを用いた進行腎癌に対する樹状細胞療法が試みられており、概ね30～50％と好成績を認めている。今後臨床研究がさらに進み、樹状細胞療法が腎癌に対する標準的治療の１つとして位置づけられることが期待される。
